Marking the first time since 1978’s Never Say Die!, Ozzy Osbourne will rejoin two of Black Sabbath’s original members, Tony Iommi (guitar) and Geezer Butler (bass), for the band’s newest studio effort. Brad Wilk (formerly of Rage Against The Machine) filled in for original Sabbath member Bill Ward as the drummer for the recording sessions. The album, titled 13, is set to be released on June 11th.

The 2013 Black Sabbath tour will be heading to New Zealand, Australia, and Japan for performances over the course of April and May, and are then scheduled to kickoff their North American dates with a July 25th performance at the Woodlands Pavilion in Spring, TX. Notable stops on the 20-stop trek include an August 14th show in Toronto, and an August 24th set at The Gorge in Washington. The North American Tour is scheduled to come to a close following a September 3rd stop at the Los Angeles Sports Arena in California.

Black Sabbath 2013 North American Tour

The 2013 Black Sabbath North American Tour will unleash the metal on 7/25 at the Woodlands Pavilion in Spring, TX. On 8/4 the tour will move to the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey. The metal legends are then scheduled to ship up to Toronto, ON for an 8/14 show at the Air Canada Centre. Black Sabbath will then jet over to the west coast for what is sure to be a memorable stretch of performances, beginning on 8/24 at The Gorge in George, WA. The tour is currently scheduled to come to a close on 9/3 after a show at the Los Angeles Sports Arena in Los Angeles, CA.
